I've fallen and I cant get up . . .
or I Have Fallen Off the Planet - Part II
I thought things were crazy before! Shortly after the last post, the dog (a 2-year old lab mix) went in for surgery for a torn cruciate ligament. 3 emergency vet visits later (Let’s hope they name a wing after him for all we spent) and 12–16 weeks of recovery (of which we are in week 9 or so) and life is beginning to return to normal.
In addition to the trials and tribulations of dog drama, I have been working with a new client to develop a business plan and pursue equity strategies. And because I don’t apparently have enough on my plate – I teach an Internet Marketing class at the SBA – Newsletters, Blogging, RSS Feeds, etc.
As a good entrepreneur, I am plagued by guilt when I drop the ball. I was teaching the Internet class last week, when one of the participants asked about “tagging” (the new SEO buzzword”) and podcasts. I didn't have a clue. Ugh, back to the drawing board!
So loyal readers (you must be if you’ve checked back after my 2-month hiatus), I promise to bring you up to speed on all the latest tools in the coming weeks.
Oh yeah - Did I mention I purchased an iPod? For some inane reason, I felt I needed every song I every purchased at my finger tips. No more looking for CD's in the back of the truck! No, I was going to get organized. Get organized is a lot of #@*&* work! I have been transferring my music collection to the iPod, a process that drives my computer to a screeching halt. All this because I couldn’t find my copy of the GoGo's "Skidmarks on My Heart!”
Mea culpa. . . Mea culpa. . .
